Hazelbrook Hawks

The Hazelbrook FC 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 2 November 2025 from 10am - 11am, at the Gloria Park Clubhouse, Lester Ave, Hazelbrook.

All current HFC members are invited to attend the meeting, committee positions will be vacated and nominations are welcomed for all committee roles in 2026. The agenda for the AGM, including all committee roles, can be found at the link below.

The AGM will be followed immediately by the HFC Committee 2026 Planning Lunch from 11:30am at Club Hazelbrook. Lunch will be provided for any 2026 committee members taking part in the Planning Day.

Nominations for life membership and any suggested amendments to the club constitution must be submitted at least 21 days prior for a vote at the AGM. Please send any correspondence to Club Secretary, Sara Miller <secretary@hazelbrookhawks.com.au>
